I’m Fabio, a pizza chef with over 10 years of experience and, above all, a true passion for authentic Italian pizza.
I come from Barletta in Southern Italy, where food is much more than just food — it’s tradition, passion and bringing people together. That’s where my journey with pizza began, learning the craft and developing a love for what I do.
Today, I bring that passion to the streets with my pizza truck, serving authentic Italian pizzas made with care, quality ingredients and plenty of passion.
